FAQs

When will my order ship?

Everything ships from our Michigan workshop within 1-2 business days. U.S. orders of $50 or more ship free.

What if it does not work out or I change my mind?

Free returns and exchanges for 30 days. We cover the return label.

How do I care for it?

Wipe it with a dry cloth and keep it out of standing water. Full-grain leather darkens and softens as it is handled. That patina is normal and is part of how it ages.
