The first was about 4" too short, the 2nd, about 4" too long. When you spend a hundred bucks for a belt, you not only want it to fit, but if it doesn't you don't want to be ghosted! I didn't receive ANY communication for weeks, & when I did it didn't help. I kept getting told, "Remember, we're a small company!" EVERY good leather shop is a small business! I ordered 2 belts and THIS time the mismeasuring was on me. I emailed them and WITHIN HOURS, I had a return label, and my belts were on their way for replacement. You can have a great product, but when you have horrible customer service, the quality of your product loses its appeal, especially when you have a problem and won't do anything to resolve it.
