Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love what you ordered. If you don't, we make it easy: free returns and exchanges for 30 days.

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Items should be unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.

To start a return, email us at support@lthr.us or reply to your order confirmation email. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Returns should be sent to:

Exceptions:

  • Personalized and custom items (such as monogrammed products) can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Request an exchange the same way, and we'll send a prepaid label for the original and ship the replacement as soon as the return is on its way. Exchanges are free within the same 30-day window.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received your return. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you don't see it, contact us at support@lthr.us and we'll sort it out.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll make it right at no cost to you.

European Union

If your order ships to the European Union, you additionally have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the same condition requirements above.

 

Lifetime Warranty on Belts

We stand behind every belt we make.

If your belt has a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no charge, for life. Email a photo of the issue to support@lthr.us and we'll take care of the rest. Our belts are crafted to stand the test of time, and we are committed to ensuring you receive a product you can rely on for years to come.

Our other leather goods are covered by the 30-day return and exchange policy above, plus our guarantee against defects on arrival.
