Every LTHR belt is built for a lifetime of wear, and we stand behind it for life. If your belt ever fails from a defect in materials or workmanship, we repair or replace it, free.
How It Works
Three steps. No paperwork.
We can offer a lifetime warranty because we know exactly what goes into every belt: one solid strap of full-grain leather, cut, stitched, and finished in our Michigan workshop.
Warranty questions
What does the warranty cover?
Every LTHR belt, for life. If it fails from a defect in materials or workmanship under normal use (stitching, hardware, the leather itself), we repair or replace it at no charge. No receipt needed, and there is no time limit.
What about scratches and everyday wear?
Full-grain leather picks up marks and darkens with wear. That patina is the point, not a defect. If you are ever unsure whether something is wear or a flaw, email us a photo and we will take a look. We would rather see it than have you wonder.
How do I make a claim?
Email a photo of the issue to support@lthr.us with your name. That is the whole process. We take it from there and cover the shipping.
Is this the same as your return policy?
They are separate promises. Returns and exchanges are free for 30 days on everything we make. The lifetime warranty covers your belt after that, for as long as you own it.
