The first was about 4" too short, the 2nd, about 4" too long. When you spend a hundred bucks for a belt, you not only want it to fit, but if it doesn't you don't want to be ghosted! I didn't receive ANY communication for weeks, & when I did it didn't help. I kept getting told, "Remember, we're a small company!" EVERY good leather shop is a small business!
